This is what Food Team Nationwide does to prevent accidents:
- We go to the worksite with a Worksite Evaluation Checklist and do an inspection.
- We meet with the client and ask them to sign a Client Safety Partnership Letter
- We send out safety stuffers for paychecks every month
- We send out a large safety poster to be mounted in each office every month
- All new employees are required to attend a workplace safety training program
If the unfortunate happens and there IS an accident, every employee and Manager is supplied with:
- An Accident / Injury Report
- An Accident / Injury Investigation Checklist
- An Accident / Injury Investigation
- An Accident / Injury Witness Statement
- A Worker’s Compensation Philosophy Statement
- A Refusal of Medical Treatment Form
A Manager from the Food Team Nationwide office would immediately go to the site of the accident and begin the process of interviews and filling out the forms above.
