Our staffing manager personally interviews all prospective Food Team Nationwide employees. Before an employee can be given an assignment, Food Team goes through a thorough screening process which includes:
- reference checks
- background checks
- drug tests
This constitutes the candidates first visit to our office. During the second visit:
- an orientation program is done in full uniform with a Food Team counselor.
- the skills tests are done and graded.
